Vouchers are subject to the following material conditions and restrictions:

• The vouchers are to be issued under the recipient's name
• They are neither transferable, nor marketable, nor refundable or cumulative
• Swiss International Hotels vouchers cannot be cashed in
• If the voucher's value exceeds the costs of the requested service, the respective difference will be refunded in form of a new voucher
• Should the costs of service exceed the voucher's value, then the difference is to be extra paid
• The vouchers are only valid for two years
• Claims for voucher's renewal or reimbursement for expired vouchers are not possible
