Conditions
The winner will be selected in a random drawing at the end of each month, from all eligible entries received. The name of the winner will be posted on http://www.sih.ch/site/en/contest/last-winner.html after every drawing. This competition gives the winner and one guest the opportunity to reserve the night (s) won in the member hotel, and to spend it within 1 year of the announcement of the winner.
The prize is subject to the following material conditions and restrictions:
Participants
The competition is open to persons who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Swiss International Hotels, its partner hotels, are not eligible, nor are members of these employees' families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners).
Limit
Limit one (1) entry per person and per e-mail address. More than one (1) entry from any person or from any e-mail address will void all entries from that person or e-mail address, as applicable.
Other expenses
All taxes related to the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner where not explicitly indicated. Airfare not included. All other expenses and costs not expressly listed in the prize, including but not limited to taxes, tips, entertainment, transfers, and transportation to airport, to and from home residence, and any other expense or cost not expressly included above, are the winner's sole responsibility. The date on which the prize can be booked is subject to room availability at the partner hotel in question.
No cash or other substitutions are permitted
No refunds or credit for changes are allowed. No transfer of the prize is permitted. All taxes, fees and surcharges on prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The room reservation has to be made directly with the partner hotel. Space is subject to availability.
Law and Jurisdiction
The present conditions are subject to the laws of Switzerland. The courts of Zürich have exclusive jurisdiction in all disputes arising from or in connection with the present conditions. The draw will take place in private. No correspondence will be entered into. The judges' decision is final.
