The newly formed hospitality company will assume the management of the existing companies Swiss International Hotels and HEAL & Partners and of a to be formed hotel management company.
SWISS INTERNATIONAL will be lead by Henri (Hans) Kennedie on a day to day basis as CEO. Mr. Kennedie was the President & CEO of the Golden Tulip Hospitality Group until July 2009. Alain Cheseaux and he will form the management board. Alain Cheseaux, who is currently overseeing the hotel management activities of the Hotel Vitznauerhof Vitalresort, will assume the position of Chairman of the Board of Swiss International Hotels. This position was previously held by his wife Anne Cheseaux, who will now focus on her position as Chairman of the Board of CFB network, Central Europe’s leading Consulting Company for the Hotel Industry.
The corporate offices will be at the current addresses in Zurich and in Gland, Switzerland.
The changes will go into effect as per July 1, 2010.
